Terrible ideas. You’d creep the poor lady out and I would totally understand if they told you never to come back. You really need to rethink how you approach women if you would even think to do this. I did once date a waitress that I met while she was working. I came into the restaurant the first day and she flirted with me and I flirted back, but I didn’t know if she was just doing it to get a better tip or because she liked me. When I came back a few days later and she went out of her way to seat me in her section (she actually told a coworker, “I got him!” as soon as she saw me), then I knew.
The food there was good, but I was hoping she would be there. Both of us have made our interest clear, I asked her out and we dated for several months before she had to move away. But I did nothing to make her uncomfortable or put her on the spot. Trying to get a date with a woman you like is fine, but remember that you are in her “office” and behave accordingly.
